Consent to personal data processing
By registering, ticking the consent checkbox or uploading photos, the User gives Sole proprietor (IP) Anna A. Dudkina, Russian Federation consent to process personal data on the terms below. The Russian version at /ru/consent is the binding text.
1. Data covered
- Name, email, sign-in data and account identifiers.
- Uploaded photos, including images of the User's child, and the generated results.
- Payment history and technical session data.
2. Purposes
- Access to the Service and delivery of ordered generations.
- Payments, support and account security.
- Compliance with legal requirements.
3. Actions
Collection, recording, systematisation, storage, use, transfer to processors listed in the Privacy policy, anonymisation, blocking and deletion, with and without automation.
4. Term and withdrawal
- Consent is valid until withdrawn or until the account is deleted.
- Consent may be withdrawn by contacting children@commandcore.ru or by deleting the account; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.
5. Children's images
The User confirms that they are the parent or legal guardian of the child in the uploaded photos and consents to AI processing of these images solely to deliver the ordered service.
6. Governing language
In case of discrepancies, the Russian version of this consent prevails.
