Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data we process, why we process it and how we protect it. The Russian version at /ru/privacy is the binding text; this translation is provided for convenience.

1. Data controller

2. Data we process

  • Account data: name, email, password hash, sign-in method (including Google or Yandex account identifiers).
  • Uploaded photos and generated results, project settings and captions.
  • Payment metadata: amount, date, transaction identifier (card details are processed by the payment provider only).
  • Technical data: IP address, browser, device, session and request logs, cookies.

3. Purposes and legal basis

  • Providing the Service and delivering ordered generations — performance of the agreement.
  • Account security, fraud and abuse prevention — legitimate interest.
  • Support, notifications about orders and account — performance of the agreement.
  • Compliance with legal obligations, including accounting for payments.

4. Processing, storage and deletion

  • Data is stored on servers in the Russian Federation and in the storage of our infrastructure providers.
  • Working files of a generation are deleted automatically after completion; results are kept in the dashboard while the account exists.
  • Deleting the account deletes uploaded photos and results; accounting records are kept for the period required by law.

5. Sharing with third parties

  • Hosting and object storage providers, the payment provider, the email delivery service and AI generation providers — only to the extent needed to deliver the Service.
  • Public authorities — only on lawful request.
  • We do not sell personal data and do not share it for third-party advertising.

6. Your rights

  • Access to your data, correction, deletion and a copy of the data.
  • Withdrawal of consent and objection to processing.
  • Requests are sent to children@commandcore.ru and answered within 30 days.

7. Children's data

Photos of children are uploaded only by a parent or legal guardian who gives consent to processing. We do not create children's accounts and do not use children's images for any purpose other than delivering the ordered service.

8. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies necessary for sign-in and interface preferences; see the Cookie policy. Analytics, if enabled, is aggregated and does not identify a specific person.

9. Governing language

In case of discrepancies between translations, the Russian version of this policy prevails.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; the current version is always available on this page together with its effective date.
