Public offer

1. Terms

• Service — the web platform for AI generation and enhancement of photos, storybooks, albums and videos.
• User — a legally capable person who has accepted this Offer.
• Tokens — the internal unit used to order generation and processing services.

2. Acceptance

Registration in the Service, ticking the consent checkboxes and/or paying for services constitutes acceptance. From that moment the agreement is concluded in electronic form.

3. Subject

The Provider grants access to the Service and generates or enhances images, videos and PDF products based on the materials uploaded and the parameters chosen by the User.

4. Delivery

• Services are delivered automatically after materials are uploaded and generation is confirmed.
• Generation time depends on the complexity of the request, the queue and technical load.
• A service is considered delivered when the result becomes available in the User's dashboard.

5. Prices, tokens and payment

• Prices are set by the current tariffs published on the Pricing page.
• Payment is processed by an external payment provider supported by the Service.
• Tokens are credited after the payment is confirmed.
• Tokens are debited when the corresponding generation or processing operation is started.

6. Refunds

• Tokens that have not been spent may be refunded on request within 14 days of purchase.
• Tokens spent on a completed generation are not refunded, because the service has been rendered.
• If a generation fails for technical reasons, tokens are returned automatically or on request to support.
• Refund requests are sent to children@commandcore.ru and are processed within 10 business days.

7. Content rights

• The User confirms that they hold the rights to the uploaded materials and the consent of the persons depicted (for children — the consent of a parent or legal guardian).
• The User may use the generated results for personal, non-commercial purposes; commercial use is agreed separately.
• The Provider does not use uploaded photos to train models and does not publish them without the User's explicit consent.

8. Restrictions and moderation

• It is prohibited to upload materials that violate the law, the rights of third parties or contain prohibited content.
• Photos undergo automatic and, where necessary, manual moderation; a generation may be refused without debiting tokens.
• The Provider may suspend an account for violation of these terms.

9. Liability

• The Service is provided "as is"; the Provider does not guarantee a specific artistic result of AI generation.
• The Provider's liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the specific service.
• The Provider is not liable for interruptions caused by third-party providers, networks or force majeure.

10. Term, changes and termination

• The Offer is valid from the effective date until withdrawn.
• The Provider may change the Offer by publishing a new version; changes apply to services ordered after publication.
• The User may terminate the agreement by deleting the account in the profile settings.
